If you don't care about price, just about any custom builder can make a 24 fret Explorer with a Floyd.

I know, it only has 22 frets, but 2/3 ain't bad.

Honestly, though, the Jackson Kelly is probably your best bet. I have play both a low-end model and a mid-range version. I remember thinking they were nice, but they didn't blow me away. That was probably 15 years ago, though.

Personally, I'd probably look for something other than a Kelly. Every one I've ever played, including my dad's, was neck heavy. Maybe you don't mind, but I hate playing neck heavy guitars.
