Hey tabbers,

Just got this one approved today (Two Gallants --- "Invitation to the Funeral") which I think is pretty complete/accurate (and shout out to Don C. for the quick rating!)

Two Gallants --- Invitation to the Funeral TAB

But one of the chords in the outro/ending is definitely off, I think. It's what I have marked as F#7/E which comes sort of around the 4:20 mark in the song:

Invitation to the Funeral YouTube

If anyone wants to take a listen and give input on the outro sequence, and that chord/line in particular (or really anywhere else in the song if you want!) I'd like to improve the tab. I admit I put in the F#7/E as a "fallback" that sounded good to my ear but I don't think it's what's being played.

Thanks in advance! As a piano/keys player I am digging this song for sure.

Also just FYI, it appears the YouTube link in my post above has "a" instead of "the" for the song title, but "the" is indeed correct.

THE ONLY SUGGESTIONS I HAVE ARE AS FOLLOWS:

1. I AM HEARING THE INTRO A BIT DIFFERENTLY

Intro: Bm F#m - 8x's (keeping it simple since it is piano)

then G F# Bm then.....................Bm - (a few times)

2. IN THE BEGINNING OF THE VERSES: USE AN Em and then Bm at the end

Em Bm
Your daddy daddy was a buccanner

Em Bm
Your daddy daddy was a buccanner

3. In the CHORUS and perhaps a few other spots the chords aren't lined up
Above a few of the words and should be shifted over a little to the left..

          Em Bm G Bm
Whether rags are on your back or gleams on your jewels

    D Em Bm
So roll up your sleeves one of us must be wrong

4. and i believe the chord you want may be an
F# AUGMENTED CHORD

F#aug

E -2-
B -3-
G -3-
D -4-
A -x-
E -x-

THESE ARE JUST MINOR ADJUSTMENTS... ALL IN ALL GREAT TAB .... I ONLY MENTIONED
THIS PER YOUR REQUEST FOR ADVICE....

Thanks Don, appreciate the comments, as always. That augmented chord may be the trick! I'll take another listen looking at your post and will update the tab as needed.
