Music is infinite. Everyday a band is signed and everyday the under dog is heard by few. Hear I talk about bands that you probably ever heard of and if you have good for you. I on the other hand live under a rock so give me a little credit.

MSD - Here hails a monster of a band from Louisville Kentucky. The band took its stage with Halloween decor and based each song off a horror film. Though the band hasn't been active is such a long time, you can find remnants of songs over on youtube and full albums on spotify. I recommend you check them out. For a horror metal band I doubt you will find better out there.

Bionic Jive - All I can say for a very heavy metal group that sports two rappers their music makes me want to punch a wall. I love how the lyrics are always about demonic, political, or real life scenarios instead of bitches, blunts, and money. Once signed to universal (I believe) the band dropped an album out nation wide in the early 2000's. Over the years Bionic Jive released more records through digital form and no major record label backing them.

Project 86 - It's hard not to know who this band is. They have released A lot of music of albums over the years and they never went stingy on how many tracks we're on it. But sadly with no main-stream help these guys never really got off the ground and so many never even heard of them. Late one night years ago I picked up the album "songs to burn bridges by" at a local walmart for 6 bucks. And I'm glad I did

Ministry - Yes I know this isn't really an obscure band by many but I bet a lot of kiddies out there never heard of them. Ministry is very dark to say the least. Nothing says "**** You" to region extremist than the album Psalm 69. Wanna piss off your Christian neighbor at 2 in the morning? This is the CD you need in your arsenal.

Snot - A group that was going to go places in the hay day sadly came to a quick end when the lead singer and his puppy companion was killed in a 6 car crash. The same dog even graced the bands album cover before the tragic accident. Following vocal styles such as Pantera's Phil Anselmo mixed in with some reggae this is a band that "could of been." Their hit "my balls your chin" didnt get much radio play.. wonder why.

Sybreed - I recently stumbled by this band and realized I was 3 years late to the party. Sybreed was an amazing offering to metal music. All I know of it really is the group disbanded a while back and members were working on a new project. I never seen their name drop on a forum and it was pure dumb luck I found the album "God is an automation" on youtube.

Newsted - Former Metallica bassist Jason Newsted is still burning the midnight oil with his self titled band name and it's differently harder than Echo Brain. Jason provides his vocals for the whole album except they sound a bit electronic. Hopefully this project he is in takes off for him.. or goes back to Metallica... either way... it's good shit. You can hear some old Metallica in there.

Any one out there care to throw out some bands? I'm always wanting new shit to listen to.

Ministry was better as a New Wave band.
There's no such thing; there never was. Where I am going you cannot follow me now.
