Hello,

I have a B-52 AT-212 100W 2x12 Combo and a B-52 AT-412A 4x12 cabinet. I want to run the 4x12. What is the best way to do this? Also, can I run all 6 speakers?

The amp has 2 parallel speaker output jacks. There is also a switch for 4, 8, and 16 ohms. The 2x12 cab 4 and 16 ohm mono inputs and 8 ohm stereo inputs.

Before I burn speakers or amps up, I wanted to ask the question. Right now I have a speaker cable on 4 ohms running into the mono jack of the cab labeled 4 ohms. Is this the best way to run it or can i put the amp on 8 ohms and run 2 speaker cables from the back of the amp to the 2 8 ohm speaker inputs? Does this matter?

Thanks and pictures included

Your proposed two cable method will not work. The total load will be 4 ohms. Use a single cable.

As for running all six, what impedance speakers are in the combo?

It is a custom cab and I am unsure. The battery in my Fluke meter is dead too. They say RoShamBo on the back and are wired in series.

OK, so what impedance do you run the amp at into the stock speakers?
