Could be a Westone Phoenix. The Electra Phoenix is similar, but with a different headstock. Both can be found on the used market.

Although Westone and Electra disappeared some time ago, Electra was resurrected a couple years ago, and the Phoenix is back in production, FWIW.

There were a couple of westones like that. The thunder and the Thunder 1A which was active.
