Hey guys, I was wondering if I could buy one saddle and change it rather than buy a whole set

it depends. Try ebay but honestly I'd try fu-tone.com to get the most out of your floyd rose the sites litterally called FU as in floyd upgrades. Guitarheads.net had an anodized (rainbow) floyd rose special but it was really overpriced.

one tip
floyd rose saddles create a lowercase N like arc , so for example
E / E saddles have to be low and high E saddles
A/ / B
D / G saddles
when Adam Reiver of floyd upgrades put floyd roses back together he couldn't stress it enough to put the saddles in the right order

floyd rose d-tunas to go to drop D
the whammy bar with the allen key on the base
graphite saddles
graphtech ghost saddles (adds an acoustic pickup system to your guitar)
brass big blocks to bring a floyd guitar to life
tremol-no tremolo block
noise suppressing springs - kind of overpriced
so many options
