Anyone have any experience? A guy offered me a Phred Ernesto VH for my Schecter Damien 7. I have been looking to trade it for a semi hollow/hollow body. Thoughts?

I think there was a guy here a few years ago looking at them. try it an see how it feels and sounds.

I don't know, but all of their guitar shapes are kinda fugly in some way or another. I don't even know how to describe it, kinda like BC Rich's re-tarded little cousin I guess

I don't even think I'll end up getting it anymore. Dude was supposed to meet me yesterday, then flaked out on me until Friday.

Funny how I knew exactly what the guitar would look like given words "Phred" and "Ernesto"

Update: So I did end up getting the Phred Ernesto VH and, to my honest surprise, it is one of the best guitars I have ever felt. It is absolutely stunning to look at, incredibly light, ridiculously smooth and sounds incredible. I WOULD like to replace the stock pickups with Seymour Duncan 59/JB, but these pickups sound great now! I just keep telling myself/ my wife how much I absolutely love this guitar. I want more!

Pictures coming.

never was a fan of those JB pickups I've had 2 guitars with them. To my ear too thin sounding. However I am a fan of JB so go figure.

So your a fan of Jazz and Blues, but your not a fan of Jazz and Blues?

JB doesn't stand for Jeff Beck like most people think, it stands for Jazz and Blues
