hello gais I just got my first guitar and i noticed that in the fretboard there are some cracks (the image) is this normal? or do i need to... do what?

ive seen that people use oil or something like that. idk im a newb

No worries at all! What you're seeing aren't "cracks" but part of the grain of the wood. Your fretboard is rosewood, which has that look. Totally normal.

Yo have to remember that the fretboard is real wood, so it's not going to be smooth like glass, but you'll always be able to see grain and there will always be a bit of natural texture to it. Even super-smooth woods, like maple, when used as a fretboard has visible linear grain dips, or "cracks" as you called them.
