I have decided that I want to live life to the fullest. I want my days to be long and fulfilling. but there's a problem. I'm always tired as shit. I want to be able to not be tired and stay up for as long as possible and have 18-20 hour days. what can I do to defeat the fatigue and get the most out of life???

cocaine and meth

And hookers.

Also, drink A LOT of tea.
It has caffeine and also acts as a diuretic so you'll be up all night pissing.

can confirm, I drink lots of tea, piss like a racehorse. I have to remember to drink a lot of water throughout the day otherwise I get pretty dehydrated from it

you need 8~ hours sleep a night really, anything less and you'll feel fatigued after a few days. I get around 5-6 during the week, then either sleep in saturday or sunday depending on what I'm doing

There's no way around sleep, your body needs it. having said that, drinking more water, eating better, and exercising will help raise your energy levels

also there's that weird powernap sleep cycle where you sleep for 45 minutes then are awake for six hours then sleep for 45 minutes then awake for 6 hours or whatever.
it's all just coming back
it's all coming back

it's all coming back to me

I met some weird hippie guy who did this.... honestly it sounds mad but I guess it could work, but I feel it'd be way too hard to actually stick to. Taking a 45 minute nap in the middle of the day doesn't sound like fun if you're at work or something

your body isnm't meant to do it cause it really freaks out your circadian rhythm and whatever. and apparently the first two or three months of trying to adapt to it are hell, and because you are working a lot more and getting less sleep, you probably shave off a couple years from your life

but that system combined with cocaine meth and hookers...ts could be unstoppable.

It sounds like it'd really fvck your heart up yeah, one of the perks of sleeping 8 hours is it allows your heartrate to drop by quite a bit, letting it rest

You want to have 18-20 hour days?

18 you could do if you wake up and fall asleep at exactly the same time every day and you actually would have energy, but note same time every day.

Amino Energy.

But seriously...don't try staying up all day/night. I did that for three months when I was doing full time/overtime work and full time college. When the quarter was over, I slept for 3 days straight and I STILL don't feel right after 4 months of taking time off of school.

working out and eating healthier actually does the trick, real talk

it clears out everything

also making a schedule and having goals can make things easier

having 4 hours of sleep requires a lot of coffee

I was sleeping very little around 17-18. I was happy I was awake so often but sad my body was falling apart and I felt horrible all the time. It's 100x better to actually sleep normally; I just got 8 hours and feel good

coffee in the morning, coffee in the afternoon, coffee in the evening

stay away from sugary energy drinks like redbull and monster, you'll crash like a mofo

that's your best bet.

also, working out in the afternoon leaves me full of energy/upbeat for the rest of the day

try it.

but in all honestly, your body and mind will thank you if you get at least 7-8 hrs of uninterpreted sleep every day.

Sleep deprivation is the leading cause of hallucinations so strong that cops drop the hallucinator off at a hospital mental ward. If you want to live life to the fullest:
• Give away your TV
• Stop posting to internet forums
• Move to a place full of like-minded people.

Sleep for an increment of time divisible by 90 minutes. I doubt you'll be able to live life to the fullest if you're awake for 18-20 hours of the day. You could certainly get more accomplished, but you'd be sleep-deprived doing it.

You need to sleep more.

I can 100% confirm that I can stay awake for longer when I've had more sleep.
'And after a while, you can work on points for style.
Like the club tie, and the firm handshake,
A certain look in the eye and an easy smile.'

You're putting the proverbial cart before the horse. Don't worry about staying up if you don't have anything to do worth staying up for. If you have something happening that you really want to do, you'll be up and ready to do it.

You are like the groom on his wedding night that tells his new bride he doesn't want to come to bed because his friends told him that the first night of his honeymoon would be the most exciting night of his life and he didn't want to miss any of it.
Yes I am guitarded also, nice to meet you.
