https://soundcloud.com/deante-daniel/cheesy-riff A section of a song I'm writing. It's really straightforward and simple but that's the kind of feel that I wanted. The real reason I'm posting this here is so I can get tips on the mix. I've literally just started this month so I was hoping someone could point anything terrible out( all of it?)

- The guitars are very fizzy, take some of those high mids (around 4k out) and use a low pass filter.

- the drums sound hollow, what are you using for them, how are you processing it?

- Is there bass? I don't hear any.
Vintage V-100, EMG 81&60

Well the snare is definitely too loud, I really could hear any other drums.

I'm using superior drummer but I don't have any idea how to get a good drum sound. By processing do you mean my daw? Did you mean the rhythm guitar or lead? Or both?
AND I JUST REALIZED THAT I DIDNT ADD BASS
