The books very interesting, pretty much the U.S Army's research into psychic warfare, Remote Viewing. They apparently would have detainees in shipping containers in stress positions while constantly flickering a flashlight at them while blasting metallicas enter sandman on a continuous loop. They also did other neat things. Good bunch of people.
