Eat whole foods only and avoid anything that doesn't come in nature's packaging. Whole fruits and veggis, whole meat primarily chicken and fish. No freaking carbonated soft drinks ever.

All of the packaged/processed stuff offered as snacks increases your cravings for more snacks. Welcome to the USA.

134 lbs sounds like a healthy weight unless you're super short, like if you're 5 feet (or 150cm) tall or less then 134lbs might be a tad overweight. If you're like 6 feet or more then that would be underweight. Look up a BMI calculator.

Eh, it's a shade of grey.

To call someone overweight or underweight solely based on BMI would be bullshit, but it's a useful tool to ballpark whether or not your weight is healthy.

The BMI is based on your average joe, so the old excuse of "NBA players would be considered obese" isn't accurate in the context of how the BMI was designed.
