I used my Fender Stratocaster 70's (Blackmore progressive scalloped fretboard / neck PU Seymour Duncan ssl4 & bridge PU Seymour Duncan JB jr / Ernie Ball strings / Jim Dunlop picks) and recorded with Cubase SX3 through the M-Audio Firewire solo soundcard...

very nice ! i also agree about the squeals comment from tommyboynasty ... was also expecting the palm mutes towards the end of the solo ... but hey ... it is great the way it is

That was a pretty good cover overall. You played the solo close to the original and there were no mistakes. Good job.

As other users have suggested above maybe add in more pinch harmonics, and also perhaps put more emphasis on vibrato. Just a thought.

All in all though it was a pretty good cover. Keep doing what you're doing.
