Necrophagia has a lot of keyboards on their album Harvest Ritual Volume 1, especially their song Unearthed from the album. Also some of their songs from the album The Divine Art Of Torture has keyboards.

I'd recommend Be'lakor, very heavy and melodical. Progressive from time to time.

Depends what synth/keyboard you're looking for. There are lots of variations of keyboard use, some utterly atrocious, and some brilliant.

If you want something prominent, progressive-sounding and generally heavy-metal flavoured,

most of symphonic/gothic/power metal bands. some black metal bands (like Emperor) and melodic death bands (like CoB) may use Keyboards too.
