I like the amp. Now how much power do I need. This will be played in a practice setting with a drummer.
Outside venues
Small bars

What do I really need 40 watts or 20?
My newest cover Rivers Of Babylon sublime style.

if you want decent cleans at band volume get the 40.

otherwise, we're gonna have to science the shit out of this.
I wondered why the frisbee was getting bigger, then it hit me.

Though most here probably prefer the DSl401: The DSL40C has a switch on the back for 40 and 20W. Worth trying to kill 2 birds with one stone, gonna be trying it soon myself.
Charvel So-Cal (SH6TB/N, killswitch), Jackson RR5FR (TB6/Jazz, Drop C). Joyo pxl pro.
Loop1=Crybaby from hell, Boss PS-5, Seymour Duncan 805 or Green Rhino, EQD Hoof or Earthbound Audio Super Collider. Loop 1 into ISP Decimator II.
Loop 2 (FX loop)-Line6 M9, TC Spark Mini. Loop 2 into mxr 10band. All into a Peavey Triple XXX 212, Ibanez IL15.

I was think blues jr for cleans and dsl20 for distortion. Why do you think?

At band volumes the blues jr. will not be clean, I'm serious. See the first reply, that had great advice.
