Are you hearing these riffs and melodic leads? You're missing out. You know it, I know it. Broca's Helm leads. A vocalist who I personally think doesn't have a sense of rhythm but it makes the music pretty interesting. He sings offbeat to the underlying music, but what can ya do. Great heavy metal, have a listen.

Listen to the song Lucifer's Hammer.

Face ripping solos too. Enjoy.

EDIT: It's like they wrote the lyrics as one run-on sentence on The Hammer of the Gods.

Yea, it's good. The vocals leave a little something to be desired but the riffage is top-class. The chorus of Hammer of the Gods is fun to shout along to. The whole album is just a barrel of fun honestly.
Who are you? The prince of darkness? Don't you have any friends?

Right? Are we not in the days of kick ass heavy metal again?

I get the old guards, I understand their appeal and worship them as they are gods.

but this new stuff is killer. It's just some quality metal and I feel is ignored. To be fair, Lucifer's Hammer really cleaned their playing up. It's great.
