I just got an e-mail telling me I had just been charged $5.99 for automatic renewal. I think WTH!!! On December 18 2015 I paid $29.99 for a LIFETIME MEMBERSHIP. I log in to my apple account to find that I've been charged $5.99 4 times since then.

I log on to my account here and can't find a single damn way to communicate my problem with a real person. I have contacted apple support and was able to initiate refunds for 2 of the 4 incorrect charges. Apple said I'd have to fix the rest by contacting the app developer.

I would appreciate any advice on how to proceed other than cancelling the credit card and submitting as many horrible reviews as I can regarding what appears to be theft at this point.
