Look at Boss Micro Br used.

takes external mics and has a built in mic as well, guitar processor, multitrack capability, works off of batteries. Great little unit, I have one.

It looks good but i need recorder with mic. I'll use only for acoustic records and my baggage is small for other mics, guitar processors etc.

Writing "has a built in mic" from my original post might hint towards it having a built in mic perhaps?

I'm sorry i didnt see that. Thank you

The Zoom H4N has two built-in mics although they call it a single stereo mic. I own the H2n which is similar and looking at the H4n for my camera which has XLR inputs. You can even set the patterns of the mics. The quality of the built-in mics is not bad but don't expect $200 worth of microphones in a unit that costs the same.
