simple question. say you don't have any plans and you have to get up in the morning so you aren't gonna get wasted by yourself UNLIKE SOME PEOPLE...

what do you do during the last few hours of your day?

I mostly lie on my bed with QI or the like filling in the background, refreshing the same few pages over and over again. Don't play videogames much any more but I'm like 95% complete on Binding of Isaac. I sometimes read but it's hard to concentrate.

I've been on the TC recently and that's been nice. Nice people there.

Read
Watch some shows
Browse interesting youtube vids
Look up other interesting stuff
Listen to music
Play some games
Drink some wine
Make some music

I feel like I should be including some more physical stuff, like doing some kind of sport or crafting stuff or whatnot.

Either watch/read, or I sit down and try to write. Usually I'll check UG outta boredom and then end up in some long internet fight.

Then don't worry about it, it's called a middle aged gut because most people start getting it in the early to mid 30s.
It's not like you'll be weird when your gut hangs over your belt.

Did a whole bunch of stuff happen between these 2 posts?

I seem to recall that being 22 meant 10pm was when the evening started. And I'm not even talking about the evenings with drink.

Cook dinner
Chill with mini-Rab
Watch a bit of TV
Start ongoing battle with child for him to go to sleep
Depending on the day and week, I'll either watch football, or one of my regular shows or play Xbox or watch a film with the wife or whatever.

And then depending on my mood and wife's mood I'll either go to sleep or not go to sleep
My old signature was too long. Have a daisy.

LIST TRUNCATED DUE TO POST CHAR LIMIT ;|

Bro, you need to get some There is a Hell, some Wasting Light, some The Powerless Rise, some Homesick and some Diamond Eyes on that list. Or any of those artist's newer albums really. The amount of discographies that cut off around 2007 on that list is way too high lmao.

How could you include Around the Fur and White Pony but not Adrenaline. Adrenaline is the best.
Around the Fur is almost not that good.
Pony is great though.
Also their demo album is fantastic.

Yeah...I think the bands I listened to peaked in the last decade...not this one though...but I've listened to a few songs off Diamond Eyes...but I'm afraid of new music because of the chance it sucks

I only listen to high quality albums

but to be fair all music sucks so the chance of it sucking is literally 100%

I listen to political radio while lookin' around on the web and drinking coffee. the TV is on too, but I rarely pay much attention to it anymore. I usually play my bass for a while at some time in between getting bored with the radio and computer. I really need to get back to my better practice habits. I have a jam space that up till a few months ago I would go to and practice for hours in the evening. Oh yeah I usually get around to eating dinner about 9 and then off to bed about 11.

I spend my evenings playing guitar/video games and reading and sometimes watching a film. If it is a monday/tuesday/whatever day I buy booze I will have a drink as I do these things and if it is a friday/saturday I will go out and have a drink before doing these things.
I have nothing important to say
