Hello. I recently got a new PRS Custom 24 and I am experiencing tuning problems with the g-string when I'm using the tremolo. Whenever I use the tremolo even slightly, the g-string goes out of tune and when I bend the string it goes back in tune. Does anybody know what's causing this and how i can fix it?

I would check your nut slot and see if it is cut properly, your bridge saddle for grooves and burs and also check if your string is pulled all the way through properly, give it a good tug.

Look carefully at the saddle for the g-string. It may be sticking when you dive the tremolo. When you bend, that increases the tension and may pop it free. Could be dirt between saddle and tremolo plate it is supposed to slide on, or a burr on either the saddle or plate.
