As the title says, what are these chords?

e|-3-----------9------8------0----|
B|-5----------12-----10-----2----|
G|-3----------11-----7------3----|
D|-5----------12-----8------3----|
A|-4------------------8------1----|
E|-3------------------6------------|

Gdim7, Bmadd9, Bbmaj9. The last one is Bbm add #11. (Don't know if that chord is used anywhere, and you could treat the open E string as a non-chord tone. It could also be that the fifth is not actually meant to be there and it's a Bbdim. It would make more sense in context.)

I refingered the third chord to this :

e|--8--------|
B|-10-------|
G|-7---------|
D|-8---------|
A|-8---------|
D|-8---------|

Had to change the tuning, but at least it's easily playable now.

Oh! I wouldn't go to extremes of changing the tunings. You just need to study chord voicings.

Play the low E string with your thumb Hendrix style. Top E string with your little finger.
