If u put this on the accessories section there's a few ppl that sorta know what they are talking about hanging out in those sections

The first says "Maximum sound pressure level: 96dB" and the second says "Sound Pressure Level: max. 118dB SPL @ 1 m".

On paper the second can get significantly louder. (+10dB is twice the spl).

Ok, do you know if the 2nd one would be loud enough?

How loud is a thousand people yelling directly into each others ears? Its probably louder than that

As a stage monitor either should be sufficient, but since volume is dependent on many variables (distance being perhaps the biggest one in this type of situation) there's no way I could be certain.

Consider that it depends on the actual volume of the guitar amps, how heavy handed the drummer is, where everything is placed in relation to your ears etc etc.

But as a general rule, and assuming no gross stupidity, it should work fine.

Thanks, its just that volume is the main concern. It has to be pretty loud
