Hello everyone,

I have purchased Joyo Ultimate Overdrive today and I was playing around and I discovered that if you leave the pedal on but turn the volume knob on your guitar all the way down the pedal plays some quiet rock music in the background

Is it normal behaviour?

I'm confused

It is probably just picking up a radio station. Or rather, something in your signal chain is picking up a radio station. If you have the gain/distortion maxed, it is very easy for noise (like a radio station) to enter into the signal chain.

That'd be radio interference. It happened to me once while using a shitty Marshall MG head at a gig.
..I was watching my death.

It sounds like that's it. Thanks for the explanation Will.

That's just awesome. Maybe not wanted behaviour but awesome
