If I'm seeing things correctly, it's quite simple really
You see the four wires going to the original switch (one to the body, the other 3 to the pins)?
The two red wires are probably the two pickups and the white one is the output of the switch. The other one is the ground.

On the new one, you connect the three main wires (red, white and red in this case) to the triangular arrangement of loops on one side (with the white going to the lower centered one) and the ground to both the loops on the other side.

wow, thanks man, Ill give it a try. Does it matter which prong on that side each pickup goes to?
Actually got it to work. Found a video on youtube that explained that switch. You were correct except you need to swap the GND and Output on the diagram
