Worthless Walls

Living isolated
Cannot be called
Living at all
Construct for yourself
A prison
The warden
Your closed mind

Now can you breathe?
No one gets in
No one gets out

Brick by brick
Build to the sky
Build it to last
Waste every waking moment
To keep them out
Nonexistent, unseen, unknown
Constructing your sterile world
Even as you sweat
Cracks appear on your worthless walls
You will die
Buried alive
In your tomb

Living confined
Isn't defined
As mental chains
You construct for yourself
A prison
The warden
Your closed mind

Now can you breathe?
No one gets in
No one gets out

Brick by brick
Build to the sky
Build it to last
Waste every waking moment
To keep them out
Nonexistent, unseen, unknown
Constructing your sterile world
Even as you sweat
Cracks appear on your worthless walls
You will die
Buried alive
In your tomb

Build higher
Build higher
The bricks add to the noose
Build higher
Build higher
The bricks add to the noose
Build higher
Build higher
The bricks add to the noose

Now can you breathe?
No one gets in
No one gets out

Brick by brick
Build to the sky
Build it to last
Waste every waking moment
To keep them out
Nonexistent, unseen, unknown
Constructing your sterile world
Even as you sweat
Cracks appear on your worthless walls
You will die
Buried alive
In your tomb

However, I liked the lyrics. Each line looks simple, but vast meaning in it depend on people who go into it. These songs would be more effective when it is performed live by the singers. Today, a number of people join live performances by the singers for business. They sell their concert tix through their website and welcome the fans to join the event. Obviously, I love to here this song to be performed in such an event. I hope it would be more beautiful in fact.

I used Trump's idea about the border wall as a springboard, and it evolved into something in that direction, but not necessarily specific to anti-social people. It's more about constantly keeping out ideas and such that are outside of your notions.
