Your stock eq and compressors should suffice. If you dont have a saturator in your daw then give that a try - saturators add a good edge

Ozzy effects? That's compression, eq, delay, chorus and delay, usually all in the DAW. The only difference about Ozzy and other vocalists is that they put in a lot of chorus on his voice due to the fact that he can barely carry a tune.
