Hi all, I hope this is the right place to post this thread. I recently purchased an Axiom49 USB Keyboard to use for recording purposes (largely for the trigger pads to program drums easier). Now I've plugged it in via the USB, installed the proper drivers, and have tried opening both Cubase and Reaper. But either way, the keyboard's screen doesn't light up like it should. Has anyone had this problem before, or does anybody have a suggestion of a solution?

Hey k.mccarthyander,
Sounds like some driver did not properly install or could be hardware defect in the keyboard.
Best to try a different USB port (not through a USB hub or anything) and if that does not do it, try a different computer to troubleshoot the computer being the cause.

I thought about getting one of these or a midiplus BK492, let me know what you think about it.
