Hey!

I'm looking for a finish to use on my guitar (a lacquer). I don't have any expensive spraying equipment, so I'm looking for a can.
I don't really require this to look great, I just want a lacquer that cures as quickly as possible. Not sure where to look though.
I've read about nitrocellulose lacquer, but with its 3 weeks harden time I felt like I should try to find something else.

Any ideas?

i have had good luck with duplicolor acrylic laquer. i haven't tried doing a refin with nitro though, you may want to do that.

as far as the hardening time, i can't help you there. i let my guitars hang in the AC for a few weeks after the last coat and haven't had problems.
