Game grumps, critikal, jontron, A + start (son of a glitch), did you know gaming, bigipall, gradeAunderA, and sword less link

Swordless is my fav I think, he's pretty active in the glitching communities and plays/beats games in ridiculous ways. Not the most exciting or entertaining thing, but I find it really interesting. He's pretty knowledgeable about the various glitches and how they work, plus he has a really cute Scottish accent

I'm subscribed to a load more but they're mostly music or game grumps related so whatevs

I will clarify I don't like his presentation but when he's not getting ultra political I tend to agree w him, especially when it comes to the state of the industry + his consumer advocacy

I can't stand TED anymore. When I first started watching a few years ago, everything seemed really compelling. Now it's mostly socio-political stuff I don't have an interest in or can read somewhere else.

I also watch Cinemassacre because James and Mike are good guys to watch. They have such a genuine enjoyment of the games they play, or just constant irritation. None of it seems forced in the slightest, I mean aside from the scripted AVGN stuff.

Jim Sterling is a good person. Even if you find him annoying, he does a lot of digging through absolute shit and helps indie devs get started in Steam. He's also not going to mince words about the game industry. It isn't like his Jimquisition is the only thing he does.

I also watch h3h3 productions and have been for a while, before they got big but that's not really important. It's really weird to notice the difference in quality of content and general atmosphere of the channel (ethan and hila/h3h3 productions).

oh and the other big one I watch is Giant Bomb. Jeff and gang are hilarious, with Jeff Gerstmann possibly being the funniest man in the gaming business.

h3h3 / ethan and hila is probably my favourite overall channel i love their chemistry and their original content is great

Educational type stuff:

Numberphile
Computerphile
Periodic Videos
Sixty Symbols
CGP Grey
SmarterEveryDay
Veritasium
minutephysics
Vsauce
Tom Scott
standupmaths
Primitive Technology
LinusTechTips

Gaming Channels:

TheWarOwl
NorthernLion
FRANKIEonPCin1080p
EthosLab
BdoubleO100
Zisteau

The educational type ones don't really post very frequently so it's pretty easy for me to watch everything that comes out on those. There are a few others that I don't really keep up with and am not subscribed to but will check on every once in a while. I used to watch more gamers, but I cut that down a lot.

can someone explain who jim Sterling is? like a video or article that summarizes his approach
