I have a Schecter V1 Hellraiser that I have replaced ever single piece of electronics. New pickups (EMG 81/85), input jack, 3 way toggle switch, volume pot and all the wiring. I bought a wiring kit from EMG and have hooked up everything exactly like the diagram they provided shows and my guitar sounds like it's getting a weak signal and the volume knob won't work. The guitar is always on. I've checked my wiring about 10 times so I know it's wired in correctly...Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

did you take the ground off of the bridge? if you are running EMG's you don't use the string ground.

just a thought, as i did that on my first EMG install a very long time ago.

Here's a picture of my wiring. I unplugged the pickups so it would be easier to see everything. Theyre supposed to plug into the black bus
