i am looking to get some electronic gear for my studio, i have been building pedals, and am looking to do some more amps.

my budget is far from infinite, but i want some nice quality stuff. if it takes a $1000USD, that is fine i will buy it as i go.

first, i am not totally 100% sure of what i need as far as different things; so discuss!

if anybody knows of a good resource or forum for electronic type stuff, PM me it.

I'm definitely thinking a good oscilloscope.
I'm just a kickin' and a gougin' in the mud and the blood and the beer.

Get a 2 chan 20-30 MHz scope and probes, a quality meter and a decent signal generator and you're pretty much set for analog audio repair.
