I only have a cheap Philips SHP2000. Pretty quiet but hooking it up to my interface pretty much eliminates that limitation. So what are you listening on right now?

Banjocal

I was planning to get that but are sony MDRs better? Did you ever mix with them?

Sennheiser Momentum 2.0

Really good headphones, in my opinion.

I love them

Not used them.

All I can say for comparison is that Sennies are good for home use but terribly built.

Some cheap ~$15 earbuds that have knots tied all the way down because the wires were separating.

I've been wanting some good headphones for a while and have like 6 different models bookmarked. Getting a job would be a good start towards actually buying a pair.

ATH-M50X was one of the ones I was looking at.

Sennheiser MX365 earbuds
Logitech G930 headset

Does anyone have any good earbuds they can recommend that aren't the kind with the rubber on the end that plunges deep into your ear? Like the MX365's I already have.
I do like the MX365's but they don't really last long. They end up getting static-y or get a buzzing in one of them after a while. I'm on my 4th pair in the past 2 years or so.

For studio I have these bad boys akg K701

And these Sony mdr-7506

Both are highly recommended by me.

For just regular listening to music I have some 50 buck JBL something.

those that are looking for a great bargain.
The Sony ps4 headphones are excellent sound quality. They arent built for very much durability so u have to be extra careful with them if u are going to use them daily.
But for price to sound quality ratio, you can't beat it.

They cost $100 but easily match sound quality of headphones that cost twice or three times as much.

ATH-M50's for studio

apple earpods for work/home. best sounding most comfortable ear buds for the money I've found.
#23
Sennheiser HD449. Decent enough and I always end up breaking headphones so not overly expensive.
#24
AKG K451s. Fairly decent for general listening but wouldn't mind something more geared towards mixing.

the only bad thing about headphones can be the headband strain. Mine are pretty good for a couple hours, but any more and it can be a little sore on me ol' head. How do all yours cope with this?
