Would a 3/4 size acoustic (scale length 21 1/4") be able to get to pitch one octave higher, obviously with smaller gauge strings?

I have a full size in Nashville, but even with an .008 as the B string I can't get it to quite reach B4, and there's no way that high E is going an octave higher.

Would the smaller scale reduce the tension enough that with a .008 on the high E it could get all the way to E5?
