Even this isn't strictly true. Look at the M-III, discounting the HSH config.

Fernandes, DBZ, Bowes, JKG, JET, John Page Classic, Tom Anderson, Brian Moore, Dean Zelinsky Private Label...pretty much any company that makes a superstrat, really.

I saw in a couple of pictures that on Bucketheads Les Paul (only some pictures) that his neck pickup is painted in white. Can anyone explain to me why he would do this, and if there are any pros and cons.

The guy wears a KFC Bucket and a white mask during performances, and you're interested in the color of his pickup covers?

Screw nitpicking! Gibson has made many Superstrats, some HSS, some HH, some H/P90. I like their HSS attempts most, though.

Gibson's U2

Gibson's WRC

Gibson's US-1

The Q Series

(Yes, I know none of those are currently in production.)

Still do; http://www.kramerguitars.com says "Copyright © 2014 Kramer, a part of the Gibson family of brands. All rights reserved."

Currently on the Gibson site (although it's HSH):
http://www.gibson.com/Products/Electric-Guitars/Designer/Gibson-USA/M-III.aspx

Also, I'm sure any manufacturer with a custom shop would make one if you paid them.
