Hi, I have a Yamaha EG 012 guitar. The brodge doesn't look right. I don't know if it's supposed to be like that or is it a problem (for example look at the one on the right). Is this normal? Sorry for bad photo quality

That is a bridge saddle. It is not necessarily good, but nothing threatening to your guitar. Giving the string a titled slope can lead to the string sliding out of place when you hit the strings, so you generally want the saddles to be flat. Saddles adjust the individual string height of the string against the fretboard, the term for that height is called action. You can adjust the saddles with a small hex key that you should have gotten with your guitar.
