Good looking bass that is a little too far away for me to drive but I'm still interested.

Does anyone have any knowledge or reviews of this model? This would be my first bass for home use.

What current ESP model could it be compared to?

Thanks

Okay must not be that popular. Just got info back from ESP customer service and here is what they shared:

"Based on the serial number that you have provided, it would appear the instrument in question would of been produced in Indonesia sometime around 2006. Our system lists this model's factory specifications as such:

• MSRP $649.00
• Neck-thru-body construction
• 34” scale
• agathis body w/flamed maple top
• 5-piece maple & walnut neck
• rosewood fingerboard
• dot inlays w/model name at 12th fret
• EMG 35-HZ pickups
• volume & balance controls
• EMG B64 3-band active EQ
• black chrome hardware
• ESP BB-604 string-thru-body bridge
• 24 XJ frets
FInishes: Amber Sunburst (ASB), See-thru Black (STBLK)

We took the liberty to included some links to current ESP LTD models that we feel will be fairly similar to that of the mentioned ESP LTD B-254. We apologize for any inconvenience. "
