I've done a bit of online reading and this website called, The Range Place, has stated that the majority of Rob Halford's high screams (such as C#6) are all in chest voice. When I thought he was more of a high baritone, hence, his singing in Breaking the Law.

But, the same website has also stated that vocalists like Adam Lambert, Sebastian Bach, Roy Khan. All of whom, have screamed up to F#5 and higher, and while maintaining chest voice. Is it possible for a male to go that high in chest voice?
