I think they meant to say "is your spring career fair open for registration?", but generally you start emails off with some sort of greeting and then you write your name and contact info at the bottom.

My Harvard rejection letter (lol) was rife with mistakes

Yr right though, that's appallingly unprofessional. I take pride in my minimalist e-mail signature.

Dear StewartWaterfowl,

I hope you have been well recently. I am sending this correspondence as a response to your online forum post entitled, "shitpost about email whatever." More specifically, I am curious as to whether or not you are currently accepting registrations for your Spring career fair. If you are, I would be very interested in registering for the event to represent my organization.

I look forward to your response.

Sincerely,

The amount of times people work on my files at work and leave them besmirched with "I have rang this person" and "when was you living here?" and other such assaults on professionalism and the English language IN MY NAME is ridiculous.

We even had to do a basic grammar test to get the job FFS.
My old signature was too long. Have a daisy.

The letter was probably written by a lowly receptionist though

why y'all assuming it's a woman

sexist trash

HR bro, even if it's not a woman, it's at very least woman adjacent.
