One of my guitars came with a Floyd Rose 1000. I want to put a Floyd Rose original pro on it or a Floyd Rose 1000 Pro on it.

Does anyone know if body alterations would have to be done to make the replacement fit or do they have the same dimensions?

Floyd Rose publishes the dimensions of each on their website. . . . go check it out but I believe they are NOT a direct swap.

The Korean 1000 Series Original (FRT01000, FRT02000 etc.) is made with the same dimensions as the Original German Floyd. It's a direct swap.

The way I'm reading this is the Pro is the low profile model vs. the 1000 or OFR.
