iff the green is south start, red and white are series link(south and north finish) , than the black one is north start -the hot wire,
you want the adjustable coils to work instead of the slug ones:
than you switch wires so the red one is conected as north start - the hot wire, you green and black are series link , and your white goes as south start.

p.s. yours is a bad diagram as it doesnt show how the splitting works . Remember - when series link not grounded -the pickup woks normaly, grounded - it splitts the coils

Never use a Finnish (North *or* South) if you have a Swedish or Norwegian at hand.
