So i currently have a knock off les paul style guitar equipped with a SD JB SH4 in the bridge position, and a SD PhatCat in the neck position, a Vox AC10 tube amp, and I am trying to decide which overdrive pedal would work well with the rig i have. Any opinions??? My influences are Led Zeppelin, Van Halen, Black Sabbath, and Stevie Ray Vaughan.

Different tones between those bands, and then each of those bands switch up their tones.

-Sabbath can be done closer with a muff than just an overdrive; even though Iommi wasn't a fuzz guy, it's a treble booster through a laney that sounds fuzzy. I dig my Hoof for it right now.
-TS9 can do SRV, though as mentioned, it was through a fender, and he also stacked two or more.
-EVH has his own sig overdrive out of MXR, though his original sound was a marshall so as mentioned a Marshall in a box (ie Catalinbread Dirty Secret)
-Led can be Marshall in a box too; though, first album was tone bender fuzz.
Charvel So-Cal (SH6TB/N, killswitch), Jackson RR5FR (TB6/Jazz, Drop C). Joyo pxl pro.
Loop1=Crybaby from hell, Boss PS-5, Seymour Duncan 805 or Green Rhino, EQD Hoof or Earthbound Audio Super Collider. Loop 1 into ISP Decimator II.
Loop 2 (FX loop)-Line6 M9, TC Spark Mini. Loop 2 into mxr 10band. All into a Peavey Triple XXX 212, Ibanez IL15.

^ yeah i mean really ideally you'd probably want 3-4 pedals for all of that. it's whether you can stretch to it, whether you only play some of those once in a while, etc. etc.
I'm an idiot and I accidentally clicked the "Remove all subscriptions" button. If it seems like I'm ignoring you, I'm not, I'm just no longer subscribed to the thread. If you quote me or do the @user thing at me, hopefully it'll notify me through my notifications and I'll get back to you.

I'll have to put the Classic T models on my to-try list. Shame the finish options there are Anachronism Gold, Nuclear Waste and Aged Clown, because in principle the plaintop is right up my alley.

Presumably because the CCF (Combined Corksniffing Forces) of MLP and Gibson forums would rise up against them, plunging the land into war.

if you don't need to nail the tones then look for a used Digitech Hardwire CM-2 overdrive. you'd need to use it as an overdrive instead of a boost but I thnk that would work to at least get you similar tones. the CM2 has a switch on it that boost the gain which does work for VH and probably early Sabbath as well. the regular mode would be fine for SRV and LZ. again it won't really nail those tones but if close is good enough then it's a viable solution.

Fulltone fulldrive 2 mosfet is a great candidate.
