Hello! I have an Ibanez RG450DX with a Edge zero 2 tremolo, but I have my tremolo blocked off. I've read removing all the strings at once can hurt the guitar neck. Is this still true with the tremolo blocked off? I'm trying to clean my fretboard and need to remove all the strings to do so. Thanks!
No. It isn't true if the trem is blocked off or not.

The only way it could potentially cause damage is if you leave the strings off the guitar, the truss rod is cranking the neck into a heavy backbow and the guitar is then left for an extended period of time (months or years) in an attic or something.

You'll be fine.
