Hi guys this is my first post and I'm trying to get people's opinions. I am in the market for a good used electric and have a few options but not sure what to chose. I have the option between:

-2012 Fender American Strat HSS MPL
-Ibanez EGEN8 (I'm leaning towards this one)
-LTD EC-1000 Deluxe

I'm looking for a versatile guitar that can do it all. The prices are fairly similar so it's not really an issue.

Thanks for your time!

All are quality axes.  Choose the one you like best and buy it.  If you take good care of it but tire of it in a few years you can probably sell it for what you paid.  Cost of ownership = zero.

Flip a coin?  Rock paper scissors?  If the choice is too close to call, no wrong choices so either one will be just fine.

Get over the V word. The amp and operator have more to do with the overall tone than the guitar. Do not go window shopping on the Internet other then to see what guitars look cool to the eye.Get out of the house and find that model in a music store. Play it if you can.In fact play everything you can get your hands on. Yes it might take some effort but you might find the ONE and it was not even on your radar.

The following statement is true. The proceeding statement is false.
