Hey, which one would you think would be better for someone that plays almost anything but metal? It needs to be easily portable as well! I'm looking more at a good sound than volume.

Id go with the street cube. It can help you when youre in the hood and you need a translator.


That being said. Whats your budget? The genres you play, the gear you own now and what you want to do with it?

I can tell you the answer really depends on what forum you read. Here, the Roland is preferred. If you were to ask the same question over at Strat-talk.com the answer would solidly be in favor of the Katana. 

I've never played either so I don't have an opinion.
