Hi, I was doing research on this used epiphone guitar but really can't find the same exact one on the internet. I included a pic. I'm getting it this week for a super low price just want to know more about it. The dealer claims its a 1997 epiphone but I'm not sure. Anything helps PS. Sorry if I posted in wrong place ๐Ÿ˜… Epiphone https://imgur.com/gallery/EpCXF

It looks like a run-of-the-mill P90 LP Jr. with a replacement pickguard (or maybe not even replaced, but I don't recall ever seeing a pickguard like that on an Epiphone). You can go here to ask Epiphone.

Prime2515102. Thanks for the response. I he sent me a picture of what I think is the serial number I'm not sure here it is. Epiphone https://imgur.com/gallery/KdE1J. I don't care if it's just a cheap epiphone just love the look I'll probably change the pick guard kinda ugly. Also I just want to confirm its a 1997 model thanks

"Your guitar was made at the
Samick Plant, Korea
on January, 1987,1997
or 2007
Production Number: 2717"

According to http://www.guitardaterproject.org/epiphone.aspx

Yes, it says Samick - they make guitars for just about everybody.

P.S. If you can get the serial number off the pickup (if there is one) you might be able to narrow it down.
