May I please ask:

1) What's the Difference between Bias FX Desktop & BIAS AMP? aside from BIAS AMP having preamp, transformer, etc.
2) Which among the two do you like using better?
3) Which among the two do you prefer using for metal lead guitar solos?

Thanks

Bias Amp has tone matching features, more amp tweaking features and the like. No effects.

Bias FX has amps and effects but isnt as in depth for making tones. You can run a signal with 2 amps as well which is cool.

If you like to tweak and make tones I own and prefer AMP. If you just want a decent PC rig without much fuss, FX has everything you would need in a single VST suite.

H4T3BR33D3R Is it possible to Save Your Amp Settings from BIAS AMP (to create you custom Amp Tone), and then load it in BIAS FX? If yes, how do you do that?

Thanks

You can upload your amp patch you made in Bias AMP to the tonecloud and then download it in FX
