Does anyone else's guitar playing ability decline when it's around bed time?

When I am jamming pretty late at night around midnight or so... I find myself making so many more errors and skipping notes compared to when I play first thing in the morning when I sound sweet as shit. Does anyone else have the same experience? Is there a way to get better at guitar during the late hours at night?

No.

Late at night, I'm probably inebriated, so everything I play is God's own message to the masses.

It's beautiful. I love it. I write good shit.

it is an incredible ability to even be able to play the guitar like humans do. at some points in life though your body will not let you; when you're cold, stiff, tired, drunk, decapitated wrist etc

The mind can create more than the rest of the body is able to replicate. I can hear passages in my head that I will never be able to perform, but at least I can notate them for someone else. Technology exists for that outlet. Music notation software (capable of tuplets-within-tuplets), etc...

yeah of course, but if we're talking about actually playing the guitar then it holds that there are times when you just can't play

^ I've just realised if you say Simple Plan's 2011 effort "Get Your Heart On!" really fast in a Southern American accent, it sounds gross. . .like sexual gross!
