Not during practices, but during recording, yes. Sometimes it can be a little bit distracting but it's helpful.

None currently for live performance.  In the past I have used both click and tracks for worship.  Personal feeling on tracks: Kinda lame really.  Glorified karaoke that stifles creativity.  I much prefer 100% live performance whether playing or in the audience.

If you need a click, put it in the drummer's headset.
