I made a NAD about the Jet City yesterday, but here is my current rig. Hoping to get back out gigging soon, after a 3 year break (university etc).

Amp is a JCA50H, with a Marshall 8412 Cab (the one issued with the Valvestate head...not wonderful but it does a job).

Guitar is my trusty MIM Telecaster, with upgraded hardware, a Tonerider Rebel 90 in the neck, a Seymour Duncan Lil'59 in the bridge and a whole lot of chips, dents and mojo!

So I got me my custom built ETB Infinity shape I made and a mockingbird, running into a keeley neutrino auto wah, Digitech Whammy, MXR EVH Phase 90, and Pigtronix Echolution 2, which all goes ahead of the Reinhardt 18 head due to a lack of effects loop (sounds heavenly though). Speaker cab is my recently finished ETB vertical 2x12 (inspired by port city cabs) with a Celestion G12H30 and G12-35XC. Plus there's a built in rack case which has a short 2u drawer and a power conditioner. ETB are my initials, so every time I build something I put them on somewhere... plus my logo is stylish.

Here is the Futura when it first arrived...

And my newest AFTER

This one came with the head snapped off in transit. It took me a while to fix it, but I was actually able to do it, and it sounds amazing

I've just recently picked up the Guitar. After having played on my friends beat-up guitar for a while I bought this custom Tele made here in Scandinavia . I'm a sucker for finishes like that

Got it after it was recommended from one of my friends, wasn't expecting too much but after playing it I was pleasantly surprised.

It's a distortion pedal...well more like 2 in 1.

Chips near the pick holder, mismatched screws and random holes. Can't see it, but the pickup switch slops all over the place unless I jam it at the right angle. The neck is warped beyond the capacity of the truss rod, according to the local guitar tech.

Dings and mismatched screws

Bubbled finish (due to brake fluid, my dad's idea to oil the tuners)

For the most part, I got it in worse condition than it is now. I have it decked, plan to block it some time. The strings are .009", I think. I also have a moderately cheap strap, just a nylon sling with leather ends. Raised the pickups as close to the strings as I can without making contact, and it seems to be working pretty well. I'll probably cosmetically vandalize this thing beyond recognition.
Got it for $45 at a pawn shop, restored to functional shape for $40 at C.A. House Music and I can't remember the price of the strings.

The way I have it hooked up, I get live monitoring and slightly delayed recording. The software that came with the ZOOM is almost all incompatible with my PC, but it still registers as a USB mic/speaker combo, so I can use third-party stuff. Mostly, I dink around playing for my friends to get feedback on my practice. The battery for the BlockRocker seems to have malfunctioned, it swelled considerably over its intended size and ceased to function, so currently it doesn't have one and runs strictly on the 110v power cable.
Got the ZOOM for around $50 with intent to use my computer speakers as an amp, but that was a bit of a wash due to very low audio levels. Got the Block Rocker some days later at an auction for $22, and two audio cables for ~$25. The amp seems to get some hum when plugged into imperfect power sources, I don't really understand all that.

Parents got the tower for me back in my sophomore year, I've basically just upgraded it to keep it current, but it's at the end of its life span, but I'm holding out until I find a job again before I go blowing my savings on a new rig. Picked up the monitors at various auctions for a couple of bucks each and the speakers at a Sam Goody, but I can't remember the price at all.

Don't remember the prices on these either, just picked them up at the C.A. House. The tuner is the latest version of the Snark that I know of, and the capo is just a nice little rolling one.

Finally the finished the minor modifications to my Peavey V-type.

This is what it looks like now:

Original Floyd Rose (gold), JB/Jazz pickups, and black knobs installed. The black knobs were mostly because the original ones oxidize a fair bit.

Not my pic, but here's the stock version of the model:

That Peavey is pretty blingy, and that is a nice green flame on that SG! Like 'em both!

I'm going to the Dallas Guitar Show; thought I'd take a family picture to show at the Reverend booth.

It's been quite a while since I've posted a pic of my entire electric rig (And many changes have been made since the last time), so I figured it was time for an updated family photo (or two )

Most of the gear is listed in my sig. Since I don't want to use precious sig space to list all the pedals, I decided to throw in a pic here!

Some random facts...

- I'm unsure of the exact date on the Fender 2x12 cab, But one of the of the speakers inside of it is a Jensen w/a date code of January, 1967

- The Avatar 4x12 Has a mix of V30's and G12H30's. Thinking of swapping out the H30's for some Creamback 75's.

- The Jackson originally came w/Duncan JB and Jazz pickups. I swapped them out for a DiMarzio Super Distortion/PAF Pro combo.

- The BOSS CE-2 is a MIT version, circa '88. The Ibanez FL-9 is an original, circa '84.
- Gibson Flying V 120 #1 (White)
- Gibson Flying V 120 #2 (Cherry)
- Gibson SG Standard ('61 style)
- Jackson DK2M

- ENGL Fireball 60
- Fender Bassman 50 ('72)
- Avatar 4x12
- Fender 2x12 ('60s?)

- Many pedals, plus other stuff

I don't think I've ever played anything in black walnut. It's a great ice cream flavor, so I assume it works well for a strat too.
