It's been about six months since I bought my Dean Hardtail and I think I need to adjust the truss rod because the strings buzz badly.

I've read a bunch of guides and stuff and my only questions is this:

How often do I need to adjust the truss rod if I keep my guitar, typically, at 75 degrees indoors and sometimes I carry outside to band practice?

DO NOT USE THE TRUSS ROD TO ADJUST ACTION/FRET PROBLEMS

that buzzing will be most probably due to worn/unlevel frets or too low an action. raise your action and check your frets are OK before even thinking about adjusting the truss rod.
